New Marine Engines
Center State Engine sells new GM Marine base engines as stock replacement engines for many marine applications. These engines are the same EXACT engines that GM Marine (Powertrain) sells to: Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, Crusader, Indmar, Marine Power, and other marine engine companies.
Genuine marine engines are marinized by GM Marine and are provided with: valve covers, timing cover, oil pan, and harmonic balancer. Some are included with a circulation/water pump. What differentiates Mercruiser and Volvo Penta for example? Their accessories. These companies put their own exhaust systems, ignition, and other accessories on the engine and sell under their own name. In short, all of the engines that millions of people have in their boats are sourced from the same place - GM Marine.
